Insanity is an advanced workout that literally has maxing out your endurance and strength. I don’t feel like Insanity is right for many people. Insanity’s workouts are 30 minutes in Insanity Max, and in the original go up to an hour. Insanity really doesn’t have a true warm-up. T25 workouts offer modifications (Insanity doesn’t).
